He's healed around his own fingers, and Spears, so why wouldn't his organs grow AROUND the tree and he gets back up fighting. He's fought for days at a time, so him being stuck by a big toothpick and dying after hours is PIS.

This is why I hate the Hulk. Fans like yourself will continue trying to prove your point when there's nothing left to prove. The Hulk died, and he died at the feet of a one armed Thor.
