Reasons Hulk cannot win:
1. Speed
2. Versatility
3. Combination of both at the same time = dead Gamma dude
Hulk's quick for a big guy, this is true. However, I don't remember Savage Hulk doing crap to anyone with decent speed. It was Professor Hulk who did, mostly because he has his wits about him, along with his strength.
(Also, to get rid of the retarded board myth, Professor Hulk did NOT have problems increasing his strength. His strength would increase just about any time he got minutely frustrated. He was just in control the whole time, and capable of taking himself down after a fight. In fact, defeating X-Factor by his lonesome was Professor Hulk. Using his will to increase his healing factor when flayed to a near skeleton, Prof. Hulk again!)
Anyway, back on topic. Yes, Hulk is strongest there is, but strength isn't everything. There's been more than one occasion that his muscles haven't gotten him out of trouble.
Also, if you're going to reference the Gladiator fight, do you actually think that Superman's gonna fight the same way? Last time he did, he got killed. It's not going to happen again.

true, doomsday is a more advanced hulk if you like, he has a sense of healing, gets more faster AND stronger as you fight him, he's another level to hulk but is a close comparison to him. plus if you do kill him, he wont forget the person who did kill him, and then comeback immune to whatever they did to kill him before.

My thoughts exactly. I love Hulk, I have since I was a little kid, and it pisses me off always seeing him stacked up against odds he's not meant to handle. I mean, if you think Hulk can beat Superman, awesome, but you're not going to change the minds of people who have been in this all 195 pages.

Now lets look at Superman traveling at light speed 299,792,458 m/s (speed of light), I know it's a really big number. Now if we compare the two we see that Superman is 88,167 times faster then Quicksilver, do you see a bit of a difference there?

It is generally assumed that only speedsters can see people moving at speeds that defy physical laws (ie flash or supes at superluminal speeds would actually be invisible in our world)
