DD Rex as we all know stopped Superman's heart with one hit. In the end Rex's downfall was simply doubt, and fear. That fight didn't at all display Doomsdays tenacity to get back up after taking everything that Superman could dish, so IMO the fight was rigged.
Why rigged? Well go back into their history and you will see that Superman was never able to put that kind of heat on Doomsday. Superman lost that fight, but Black Lightning brought him back.. remember that?
I am not talking about his fight with rex. I was talking about his speed. Let's say hulk hit superman once what's to stop him vibrating and dodging his attacks for rest of the attacks. He's not a warrior spirit like thor who likes to slug it out and considering SBP who is a confirmed planet mover couldn't even ko superman in SCW and Legion of 3 worlds, hulk ain't oneshotting superman.

Granted, and thus if they fought 10 times I would give Superman 4-5/10 victories. Let's talk about averages though. On average Superman does slug it out, because he thinks that he will win.
I don't believe that the Hulk could one-shot Superman, but one shot is all it will take to put him in trouble.

I love Hulk but what Pak is doing seems inane. This whole "holding back" sounds ridiculous to me. And that dimension got destroyed due to the combined power of Hulk and an "amped" She Red Hulk. And yes I acknowledge Hulk's feats, his regenerations one being quite insane, and I see no way Superman would win short of knocking him out, which with how Pak's Hulk seems I find the KO to be improbable.

I'd say it depends. Superman does have speed and mobility and has used it when he needs too. But if anyone saw the scans where Hulk, in an attempt to hold back (Banner is afraid of what happens or would happen if he ever loses control of Hulk) ripped HALF of his head and brain which would normally mean death or unconsciousness and he kept moving and left or the scan where Vortex (seems like him) with the power to REPEL MATTER flays Hulk's skin and muscle mass almost to a skeleton and to Vortex own shock Hulk keeps moving despite most of his "matter" being flayed and then punches the crap out of him and regenerates... It's very hard to imagine a Superman who won't take lives, unless last resort mind you, knocking Hulk out if Hulk does not want to go down. And Hulk's rage is infinite and as evidenced it doesn't require charging up all he needs is to as Savage put it become X times madder and it's something he can do flipping out. As always Banner is who usually holds Hulk back. Hulk without Banner doesn't be too keen on not killing as his rage seems to blind him to any noble intentions. Pak's Hulk seems to be extremely overpowered. This Hulk would easily seem to go on par with god-like entities, which he has already done once against Onslaught, with no real opposition from that entity, as Onslaught did when he actually beat and pinned him before Hulk flipped out.
Hulk has separated Anti-Matter and Matter. Anti-Matter would have simply destroyed Hulk as it's name implies, Hulk being made of Matter. This attests to his durability which borders in nigh invulnerability.
He shattered Adamantium which in Marvel Universe is considered nigh indestructible, this attests to the brutality of his strength. Furthermore holding space-time structure and breaking space-time continuum shows further how insane his strength can go.
I wouldn't give Hulk 10/10 on Superman though more like 5/10.
@Issacfrost, I believe you meant Vector right?
Vector is pretty power, the Hulk used against him was Professor Hulk, he stability strong w/ his smarts intact, but if he gets angry/mad, he instead would lose strength and transform back to Banner, but through that torment, he still controlled his emotions and beat the crap of Vector. That version is way below current Hulk.
With Cis on, Superman loses 10/10 ^_^
