He has unlimited potential he has no real ceiling. This has been stated several times.

The Hulk possesses the potential for limitless physical strength depending directly on his emotional state, particularly his anger.[41] This has been reflected in the repeated comment, "The madder Hulk gets, the stronger Hulk gets." Which is how Savage Hulk, after Jean shuts down Banner, was able to overpower a god-like being:

Another character is saying this. It might be hyperbole.

Neither of them needs the other to cause destruction. Gamma Ray explosions for a few seconds (GRB) are more powerful then a Sun's output for 10 billions.

There is no way they could know how amped they are. It's not like they have an OMG DBZ SCOUTERZ FTW!

Superman won't be beating him either, as much faith as I have in Superman surviving and prevailing shitty situations, I've seen and read enough feats to know that Superman won't beat him either. If you want to ignore them it's your issue. But Hulk has enough feats to demonstrate he won't go down either.
