I'd hardly call that talking really, it's like a word here or there, It wasn't until #11 we found out why he's basically just a WMD for SHIELD now, they prod Banner to bring out the Hulk, aim him at target, lthen pick up Banner from the rubble. Apparently a different incarnation might appear at the conclusion of his current time travel story though.

I really can't really see an intelligent argument for Hulk bullrushing Supes.
If Superman uses his superspeed and reflexes then there is no real argument for Hulk being able to hit Superman.
Even if Hulk can hit Superman, Superman can hit him far more times.
Superman can damage Hulk just as much or more than Hulk can damage Superman.
This is because Superman is more durable and is at least as strong.
Superman has other powers besides speed. He has freeze breath (which can slow the Hulk), HV which could do some serious damage, and flight (mobility). Superman also has bfr options.
Superman wins 10/10
Lol...heat vision isn't doing a thing to Hulk. Hulk IS hitting Superman. Right now I don't know where Waid is going with Hulk speed but what he has been displaying lately with the character, the guy possess true super speed. Lol at ice breath. If anything is taking Hulk down or having any type of affect on the character, its Superman strength.

Yes Hulk is hitting Superman in a comic. But this is a forum fight. You know, where there is no writer to ignore a character's powers and abilities for the sake of the plot.
Hulk was always faster than a human (definition of super speed) but there are many different levels and magnitudes of superspeed. For example, in boxing, a fighter can be a lot faster than the other and not get hit at all. But the difference was less than 2x. If Hulk is bullet speed and Superman is light speed then Superman is millions of times faster.
Even if you only allow Superman 10% of his top speed and Hulk the maximum of his top speed then Superman is still thousands of times faster. That means Superman can move more than 5ft before Hulk can move 1 inch.
Plus you are ignoring HV, which based off feats can damage the Hulk significantly. Freeze breath and bfr are options too. Superman will always beat a non WBH everytime.

The problem with this is that the Hulk has hit guys as fast as Superman. Sentry and Gladiator both have the marks to prove it.
