Hulk wins in a slugfest. If Superman makes it a brawl, Hulk possesses the strength to break every bone in his body, and immense durability and regeneration to take anything Superman dishes out.
Superman wins because of his versatility, not just his brawn.

Superman puts down any other incarnation of Hulk with relative ease. Savage Hulk is the only one strong enough to go toe to toe with Supes, but Superman is still smarter, faster, and more versatile (flight, super breath, etc.) It's near impossible to defeat an angry Savage Hulk with punches alone, so Superman would need to strategize.
Superman definitely has what it takes to beat the Hulk, and as long as he doesn't take the purely physical approach, he wins this fight. Hulk is physically stronger, but that's about it.

It also depends on which incarnation of Hulk it was, as well. Doc Ock once knocked out Prof. Hulk.

Hulk doesn't start of infinitely strong, if that's what you're getting at. He's as strong as he needs to be, and can continue to get stronger by drawing more power from the pocket universe within him. Whatever level of strength he requires can be attained in mere moments.
Let me tell you all how it went down😄 Iron man 132; in the previous issue, in an attempt to cure hulk, Stark gave Banner a pacemaker which calmed him down. However he lost the plot when the Army and Shield came to take him away and reverted to the Hulk, the pacemaker went up with the heartrate and kept him enraged. Iron man put his strength into one blow 😄 knocking the hulk out and freezing his armour.

I can understand your point of view Who-kid.
Infinite anger is a little farfetched. Hulk's strength isn't exactly quantifiable, so he doesn't have a real "base strength." The fact of the matter is, Hulk doesn't necessarily have to get 'madder' to get stronger. He does get stronger when he gets madder, but that's just his perception of a more complex process.
The more power Hulk requires, (whether it's strength, durability, etc,) the more he draws from the pocket universe. Hulk can't just draw more power from the pocket universe when he wants to. He can only do so when he needs to. When Hulk needs to lift an enormous weight, he simply becomes strong enough to do so. The best explaination (and a slightly less catchy, but more accurate slogan) is, "The more Hulk exerts himself, the stronger Hulk gets!"

I'll have to look that up, Whirly. I know Iron Man isn't more powerful than Onslaught, and he couldn't KO an angry Savage Hulk. Do you have any in book scans?

The reason i think Hulk wins a long slugfest its because its Hulks game and not Supes.
We all know how good Supes did against Doomsday in the first time. That was a pure slugfest and the kind the Hulk is use to.
The way he fought the second time tho (Hunter/prey) is more Supes game. And while Hulk will have some shots he wont likely win at all with Superman using all his powers.
Thats my take.
