No, that's not what I'm talking about. Couldn't Electro magnetize Colossus metal skin and win via incapacitation?

No what that means? It means that electricity does SQUAT to Colossus.

Electro can go on and on all day if he wants, but Colossus will just get bored if anything.

And then as soon as Colossus gets his hands on Electro, it's completely over.

Hell, he could just do a sonic clap and kill Electro from the beginning.

Basically, what I'm saying is that Colossus wins this everytime.
