If Thor beats Superman cause he's magic would Ultimate Thor Lose to Supes

The arguement is that Thor beats Superman since he has the same levels of power and more abilities but also cause he's magic and that supes weakness. But Ultimate Thor is suppose to be more powerful then Thor but would he lose to Superman since his powers might not be magic based?

Simple question just give a straight answer

Ultimate Thor is weak. He lose to Colossus.

Ultimate Thor is wimp compared to 616 Thor. Superman would Kill Ultimate Thor in a second.

Ultimate Thor gets absolutely stomped into the ground.

Ultimate Thor isn't actually magic.
He lost his powers when Quicksilver removed his belt.
His hammer, his body armor, look nowhere similar to something an ancient norse god should wear.
I think that the supposed "Loki" and the "Thor" of Ultimate Universe obtained their powers from some project created to obtain superhumans.
Do you remembers the "gods" of the Marve Universe 2099?
Thos who fought against 2099 versions of Spidey, Punisher, X-Men and Doom?
Thor of the UU may just be something like that.

Superman would kick Ultimate Thor's ass on the basis of his showings so far..... Ultimate Thor is no match for Supes

if it all changes when this crazy/not crazy thing gets resolved it may be different.... but so far it doesn't look good for him

Superman has far greater powers then Thor such as Strength and Speed. Thor doesnt have magic he has god powers, god powers arent magic theyre super natural powers. Wizard uses magic, God uses super natural powers, theres a difference.
