well, it was a pretty crude thing to say.

Pretty much everything in the WSF is crude, so it doesn't surprise or wouldn't surprise me if what he said originated from there.

However, I think he might've just been trying to sound detectivy.

i agree on you with things in the WSF being crude, but there is a line and he crossed it. maybe he didnt mean anything by it, maybe he did. AS IF he has a chance with her.
