Uh, yeah, if someone wished to make a forum for only those above 18 and ban anyone underage, they could. Why? It's a privately owned website and theirs to do what they want with.
It is ILLEGAL for underage people to view or post porn; it is not if you're not underage. Therefore age DOES matter, sorry to break it to you.

You obviously skipped over every last damned thing I've said. Age is not a factor in her needing to be given a temporary ban. Her breaking KMC rules...THAT's why she needs a ban. Read what I type, not what you want to see.

Maturity has NOTHING to do with it; it's the LAW that's important.
Age doesn't have anything to do with what's going to happen....but the fact that she's underage and posting stuff like that could get the site into trouble.
