Worst songs this decade (so far).......

Not necessarily.

There are lots of shit songs that happen to be entertaining, doesn't make them good. Like Eminem.

His songs are absolutely shit, anything after The Slim Shady LP is musical tripe. If you find it funny, that's fine by me. Go for it. To claim that man actually makes good songs doesn't exactly ring true though. Just Lose it? Mockingbird? That song by D12 where he more or less just sings about shooting people?

I'm not saying you're wrong for finding it entertaining, but to claim they're actually good, decent songs is a bit much. Considering there are bands who make good, decent songs. Putting Eminem on their level is a bit disrespectful.

Basically what you said is that Eminem songs are not good. Think of a fan of that singers opinion. What if they think that his songs are good and on the same level as the artists that you like? Is that wrong? No its not

Where did I ever state she was wrong or that it was doing harm? Nowhere.

Eminem is shit, not much to debate. If people find that shit entertaining, so be it. Doesn't bother me. Doesn't also mean that I can't call it shit either.

It is wrong if they think Eminem is on the same level as Tool, Radiohead or Opeth? Yes. But do I respect their right to believe that? Yes.

Because I find it hard to believe that someone who cites Tool, Metallica and The Mars Volta as her favourite bands, seriously considers Eminem good.

I was asking if she was being serious. Not implying that she was wrong (as I proved more than once above) or doing any harm.

I even followed it with "If you find it entertaining, sure." as in, I don't actually care if she enjoys it. Ass Like That is a bad, bad song. To claim it's not IS oblivious. Do I respect her right to be oblivious? Yes, if she so chooses.

Depends.. does Mike Jones count as "music?" If so I'd go with anything he's done.. along with Paul Wall and the rest of those guys. It's not just sellout pop music.. it's literally hard for me to listen to. No decent melody.. rythm.. flow... nothing. Just.. slow beats and a really deep voice.

Also Sean Paul.. don't really feel the need to mention a song since all his songs sound the same anyway..

The only person i despise in the music industry is sean paul. i can stand ne1 else but him, also i dow like girls aloud songs although i still watch them on mute lol
