GLADIATOR+Genis+Firelord vs THOR+Surfer+Quasar

(Gladiator combines with Genis & Firelord)
GLADIATOR W/ POWER COSMIC, NEGA BANDS, AND FIRELORD'S STAFF

VS

(Thor combines with Silver Surfer & Quasar)
THOR W/ POWER COSMIC, QUANTUM BANDS, AND SILVER SURFER'S BOARD

WHO WINS?

depends on how skilled either are at using the BANDS, it could go either way, the quantum bands have a smaller scope compared to the nega bands though.

I dunno, i think something like this is too hard to pick. We have no idea what either character would be like with that kind of power. Just doesn't work...
