Do you wear a rubber band?

I did when I was in fifth grade. And it wasn't about style or a cause.
I would snap it against my wrist to keep myself awake. yawn

... I wonder how long this fad will last. hmm

I used to...around the bottom of my jeans to keep them from dragging on the ground...it was cool to do that ✅ 😎 ... now I just learned to buy better fitted jeans 😬

Mostly because when working they just accumulate around my wrist when I'm shipping stuff.

How do you manage to snap the rubber band to keep yourself awake while falling asleep? Don't you have to be awake to snap it? So if you fell asleep and to wake yourself up what would you do? 😕

I used to wear them in my hair..
till I realised they were so very bad for that....
so I quickly stopped before I went bald 😐

when you feel yourself dozing off, you snap the band a couple times and the sting will keep you awake for, at least, a minute.

sorry... I sorta meant the silly rubber bands you buy at the liquor store, that say "Peace" or "Gangsta" on them. yucky

🙁 it was a phase. i used to wear wrist bands and all sorts of things. Now that phase is gone.

Not actually rubber bands, but I have hair bands around my wrist all the time because my school is annoying and insists we tie up our hair disgust
