People such as KidRock and Spelljammer throw out lines like "He dawgs everybody" when infact, he does it to no one and they're just impressed by nothing more than the fact that he's a loud-mouthed, all mouth, no action, know nothing right-wing idiot.
It's a case of "What do you mean he's dodging the issue? That doesn't matter. He's being racist, that's much funnier."
