They're powers are a lot alike in that Toad is on ya faster than someone like even Wolverine can get to ya.

Hm...this is interesting. Bullseye is known for his accuracy. While Toad is widely known for his agility. I bet he could make Bullseye miss.

Put that in perspective I have benched 430 and leg pressed like 2500 lbs military pressed 275 (i thought my spine was being crushed) and I am no super hero and cannot jump like Toad so I'll go with Toad simply due to tools and I want Bullseye to miss.
