Although the GL ring could easily contend Surfers power, I see Surfer winning this because of knowing his power better than she knows the ring.

Of course Hal would win that's why I chose WW she has the raw strength to fight Surfer but, not the power.

In their crossover, Hal took surfers hand and and jacked his Power Cosmic. Kyle recharged Surfer when he jacked both Parallax AND Thanos of their energy and sent whatever he couldnt absorb back to SS.

And if that is the case, I can see it going to WW more often then not, though it would still be a good fight.
