God-Like couldn’t (recent) SS has changed since his early showings
As for Shape shifting isn't controlling his Molecules
By that I mean if SS started ripping his cells he can't do anything about that.
He can rearrange his structure but if SS attacks it he is doom.
And one good blast will take care of MM.

How does this help? He basically destroyed and controlled Molecules and recreated life , and destroyed it with a wave of his hand.
