I have to side with the DBZ duo this time, mainly because Batman isn't in the same league as the Kais.

How? Batman is good, but he's fighting guys with superstrength and speed, the only way he'll win is if he have prep time.

Please, how could you create this thread? Kais are extremely strong. Batman is only human & Magaman, well they just haven't got a chance. Kais can teleport (Sayians can but only when they lock on someone's Ki, Kais can do anywhere!)

They have impresive powers, the Elder Kai could take on both (well actually I dunno because he's old so...but the Supreme Kai could definetly!)
