Sure, guys pretend not to be scared, but their physical qualities ensure they feel less pain and are stronger than women. And it's like you said, albeit spelled correctly "women suffer more". There.....you said it yourself.....

It has to do with durability and strength. Durability and strength are directly proportionate to how much pain you feel.

I know you're not an imbecile, and i'm kinda tired of playing the "Let's make Clovie feel good about herself while she pretends she doesn't understand what we're saying" game.
