Oh, trust me, it doesn't keep me from getting in trouble....I've gotten chewed out by them for the times I have lost my temper on here. Usually that's worse than having to deal with an official warning.

And it's part of the reason why I don't break rules on here -- I know that just because I have friends who're mods doesn't mean I can get away with what I want, and I don't want to have them yelling at me for acting like an idiot.

Uh, having friends pissed at you is.

Being told that it's best you lay low on the boards for a while because other mods are pissed at you for being an idiot is a warning in itself, anyway. Just not necessarily given on here in PM form. Being told it's best to stay out of a certain forum because you have a tendency to start fights in there is probably a warning.

My other good friend Rage17 was banned and also Ming Tea neither of them seemed to cause much offence

Bashing? Where? By saying that you don't seem to understand the rules? That's not bashing, if that's what you're refferring too. It's simply giving my opinion on the matter. If you did understand the rules you'd understand that him breaking the rules numerous times is reason enough for a banning.

GDF = General Discussion Forum. Certainly holds some value since this is where much of his insults took place.

Well, I tried explaining things in a simple manner (I.E. "He broke the rules so he was banned"😉 but you didn't seem to get it or agree with it , for whatever reason. But I'll say it again.

He broke the rules, he was banned, it is just. There.

So I wasn't exactly convinced, did it have to result into some E-Battle?

Rage17 was temp banned, for 3 days I believe.

He was also insulting people in some comic thread. I wasn't the one who dealt with it, so I don't know the full story.

He is also an admitted sock, that wont be used against him at some future date will it - I mean all the mods now he was c17

I speak to them outside the forums, and have met one of them in real life, yes.

And trust me, getting a warning from a mod you don't really know too well is not nearly as bad as getting bitched out by a close friend. I've had both happen, so I know.
