Sex In Space - Is it Possible ?

Forget what we see in the movies.

In Star Wars Han Solo gets donked when a jitter on his Millenium Falcon causes a toolbox to fall on his head. Gravity isnt that simple to re-create on a space-ship and it may be done without as its not a practical aspect to consider when building a space-craft.

But for long travels, such as a possible mission to Mars, it takes 30 months. So what do Astronauts Do ?

Do they starve for 60 months without sex ?

I was thinking it must be a bit hard having sex in space with Zero G Force.

So does anyone here have any suggestions on how to get around this problem ?

have 60 months of straight sex on earth. 👆 balances it out. 😛

Yeah i was thinking about that too. Straps.

But still you would have to be limited into 1 position and both partners in sex would get fatigued without gravity.

The intercourse would be an extremely slow process.

Being in space is no differant then being in water. So it's not a priority really.

Though they're astronaughts, trained with strict dicsipline. I think they can survive without getting thier groove on for awhile.. And you could always masturbate in space I suppose..

And when i wrote 60 months i was wrong. Its 30 months for a round trip.

Artificial. Gravity.

I think the solution might actually be as simple as this

Mandatory Sex.

They could have it after every meal.

Then you have like this sex patrol to make sure people are having sex.

I know, I'm insane.

why would it be a problem? you'd just have to strap two people together and then to a wall or floor. The constant pressure inside the man and woman's bodies would do the rest. Foreplay may be a problem tho...

😂 Funny thread....I've never even given that a thought at all....though without gravity, I think it would be a challange...a real one...haha

A book written by a French astronomer alleges NASA studied the feasibility of 10 sex positions in space during a space shuttle mission in 1996, though this claim has been discredited, and has been vigorously denied by NASA. (Six of the positions required the aid of an elastic belt to hold the partners together, the author writes in the book.)

I think its happened already Helen Sharman didn't get in the Space Programme because of her brains 😕 or her looks 🙂
