It's sad to know that such a strong woman in character and beliefs has passed away. She fought for the rights of everyone and now she's gone. She fought for everyone's rights and that is greatly appreciated. She will be greatly missed.

I think he's pointing out the irony and silliness of a bunch of white people, who were not really impacted very much by her actions, morning her death by not doing anything other then saying "RIP you were brave".
