They were Omniversal beyond the multiverse of DC and marvel ( meaning Lucifer , LT , Source , PF , Infinities)

Theres been no showing of them since the retcon so noone knows. The retcon occurred in X-men Adventures 12 and it was made clear that they were insects compared to LT and Phoenix.

We reallt don't know.

All we do know is that they are weaker then the Spectre and LT.

So, logicly i guess we can asume they can beat her.

Considering that issue showed them as insects who were held in the palm of LT's hands, considering Phoenix was shown as a peer of LT in that same issue and when you consider further depictions of the character since that issue which show Phoenix at the very least on the same level as LT (Xmen Forever) then id have to disagree.

In DC vs MC #4 the living tribunal and spectre were not able to stop them.
