I can't get my head round it, we played sooo well in the 1st half and showed confidence at all times. 2nd half we were reduced to trying the long ball which is wrong when we were a man up! It wasn't as if we played good long balls either, they were awful.

I was close to tears this morning, if only we'd played like we did against the Argies, the WC would have been ours if we'd beat Brazil.

Well done Brazil anyway, I have no doubt they'll go on to win it now. 🙁

Couldn't watch it, I'm still upset about England. Will watch the highlights tonight though.

okey match by brazil, fair win. wrong red card in second half, but england couldn't get anything out of the one-man advantage.

I love it when they struggle for highlights of a match, they show pictures of the managers and sometimes amusing looking people in the crowd. Great. 😄

First half was okayish, with an offensive USA. Second half sucked big time.

it has happened that they withdraw a yellow or red card if they think the decision was very clearly wrong.
or they could switch and give it to rivaldo instead and everyone would be happy😄

I`ll go for that, but I dont think they reverse this, it was clearly a yellow card and maybe Ronaldbabyio smiled after the tackle

are you blind, he stomped him right above the ancle, for a first offence it should not be a red card but the refs have sucked this WC. Dont you watch replays they clearly showed the offence in slow motion. Or dont you wanna admit it cause babyflode is your fav player

no he isnt that kind of player, he is sometimes an idiot but at least he is honest

well he sure was quickly back on his feet after he was carried out, so it couldn't have been a hard hit.

if you get stomped on the ancle you need to get your foot off the ground or else you get injured badly. It is like instant pain that quicly wear off only to swell up again. I bet his foot aint to good know since he continued the game. Best thing is to get an ice bag on it and keep still.

Well, I think both England and USA did DAMN well this tournament, all things considered, and both will be hotly watched next time around.

actually finti, now that I've seen the highlights of the england-brazil match once more I think Mills' faking is on line with Rivaldos stunts:
a) there was barely contact between Ronaldinho and Mills' foot.
b) one thing is if Mills thought that hurt, which could've been ok, but AFTER the possible contact has happened he jumps several feet up in the air and dives down nicely.

you are the only one I ve heard saying it was barly contact the so called expert agreeing on that a red card was harsh, but a clear yellow. If Mills should have taken a Rivaldo he shuld have grabbed around his face. It is a disgrace that Rivaldo is not baned, he even said he would do it again given the chance and taht Brazilians are thaught to fake things.

and the refs helped Sout Korea through yet again, the ball was not out at all. 🙁 smells fishy
