Team Thanos:

Thanos
Deathurge
Maelstrom
Super Skrull
Count Nefaria(Full Power)
Exodus
Man Beast
Graviton
Classic Juggernaut
Baron Mordo
Abomination
Loki

VS.

JLA/AVENGERS:

Captain America
Batman
Superman
Thor
Wonder Woman
Wonder Man
Green Lantern Kyle Rayner
Iron Man
Green Arrow
Hawkeye
Quicksilver
Flash
She-Hulk
Aquaman
Vision
Martian Manhunter
Quasar
Firestorm
Hank Pym
Plastic Man
Zatanna
Scarlet Witch

Since team Thanos are the underdogs(According to some people Thanos can be beat by individuals like Superman/Surfer/Thor), Team Thanos has a couple hours of prep. The unbeatable combination of the JLA/Avengers have no prep whatsoever. Battle takes place on a deserted earth like planet.

NO BLOWING THE PLANET UP!!!

Debate.

Team Thanos.

up

BAtman and Cap would be prepared for the no prep scenario.

Team thanos wins.

Clasic Juggy? Gravaton? LOKI? That's way too much heat.

christ, you gave team thanos prep and not the JLA/Avengers. Giving Team Thanos couple hours of prep is like giving Batman prep to beat Captain America without his shield
