Does lotr forum needs more people ?

All the new users say that they are sw fans but none of them say :"I'm a huge fan of lotr"(or something like that).There are a few posts at lotr forum ,and it's kind'a dead.

mainly cause AOTC just came out and everybody is kind off hung up in that. Just wait and see when November comes there be plenty activity there alright

And finti , this forum isn't just about the lotr movie.So in november it should be (almost) the same activity like now.

palan, it's natural that when the next movie comes closer there will be much more activity. common sense, really, as it's then the fans get all excited and wants to discuss it.

Yes, it was a Star Wars forum first.

But let us put things in perspective. The LOTR section is an expansion of the movie area; that being the case LOTR has got FAR more posts about it than any other movie there. With SW still being the primary purpose of this board the LOTR section is still a very respectable showing.

But secondly, a good three-quarters of posts about Star Wars are speculative, based on the idea that we do not know the story, at least for sure. Very different kettle of fish with LOTR! Far fewer things unknown. It's not as if we can speculate on who will kill the Witch King because the books already say, yeah?

well it was until we finished (almost) all the subjects in that forum and nobody came with another idee.So I would like to keep posting in lotr forum but no new threads are available.

Then open some new ones.

My inspiration left me..... 😄
