Selena sat down by the creek and dipped her feet into the cool water. Galzra wrapped his tail around her gently and rested his head next to hers, giving her cheek an occasional nuzzle. Selena turned and smiled at Joka as he approached. She concealed her emotions with a bit of Galzra's help for their emotions were linked together in an unbreakable bond. She let out a sigh and looked out at the water. "I'm fine. Just thinking back about silly memories." She cupped some of the water into her hand and offered it to Galzra who lapped up the handful with one lick. He remained next to Selena, just in case she needed help or if Joka was being bothersome. Yes, Galzra acted just like Selena's father.

Kalsa sat down under the tree with Drake again and Drake brought his tail around her. *You should sleep now Kalsa, you have not done so for a while now.* Kalsa nodded and got closer to Drake. "You know I do not sleep well." *Don't worry if anything important is happening I will wake you. I will stay up, I have slept already today." Kalsa nodded her head and closed her eyes. She could feel Drake's deep breathing under her and fell to sleep for a quick nap.

Selena looked at Joka and smiled slightly. She knew he only wanted to help but she didn't want to reveal her past so easily. It made her uncomfortable just to talk about it, even around Galzra. "It's alright. They're just thoughts and memories. Nothing big." She wished her words were really that simple but she refused to tell others about her past. It ached just to think about it. She looked at Galzra who was nuzzling her softly. "I know I shouldnt keep it a secret, Galzra. Please dont make it worse..." Galzra stopped and simply rested his head on her lap while she stroked his scales gently. "Thank you for caring, Joka. I appreciate it."

Selena took the stone in her hand. She moved it between her fingers, feeling the smooth surface upon her fingertips. She held it in her palm and closed her eyes, slowly the pebble began to rise and, using her mind, Selena sent it flying at the water's surface. It smacked the water and leapt across it before stopping and dropping down under the shimmering top. Selena opened her eyes and rested her chin on her knees as she hugged her legs close to her. "I'd rather talk about something else if you dont mind." Her voice was soft and shaky but her face was calm and expressionless. She looked at Joka and smiled a truer grin. "So... how did you and Jr. meet?"
