Well, in Ultimate X-Men Logan sais he can get as many tats as he wants. Eventually he'll heal over them though...

Sabretooth has markings on his shoulders that look like tattoos

This came to mind when I was thinking of Hyena, the amalgam of Sabretooth and Joker.

I was thinking Hyena should be completely bleached, like Joker, but then I wondered if he would heal back.

But then again, it's not technically an injury so much as it's dyed pigment...
