What time is it...

Really? I thought military time was known world wide. hmm

It's just like the 24 hour clock, but without the colon and pronounced different.

Example: "Be to your post at Oh Eight Hundred Hours!", which means 0800 hrs; 8am.

I know the pronunciation but I've never known it as "military time". Do you guys not just use the regular 24-hour clock? (like on documents and digital clocks?) I thought it was pretty much world wide.

I can't speak for others, but yeah I do. Usually I stick with 12 hour clock, but I'll set my phone and iPod to 24 hour clock.
