superman,batman,lobo vs thor,daredevil,the hulk

who wins?

Ugh. Lobo shouldn't be in vs. threads. Someone(longpig) will come in here and say that Lobo cuts himself with a switchblade and creates an army of himself, easily giving team 1 the victory.

i was gonna say that

Definitely the first group. Daredevil has NOTHING on Batman, Superman I think would stalemate Hulk if not beat him due to Hulk possibly losing steam after a while, and Lobo vs Thor...I don't know much about Lobo but he seems to be a part of that "just don't put him in threads anymore" type, so probably him.
