Two Questions

First, if the Jedi Order knew of the attack on Naboo, why didn't they send a team of Jedi to liberate the planet?

Second, if Sidious or Plagueis created Anakin, why didn't they train him from an infant? They could have easily taken him away from Tatooine if they had wanted to.

1- Dramatic neccessity, scheming of Palpatine, etc.

2- Better if the Jedi find him. It worked rather well into Sidious' favor, then if he had simply raised Anakin as a Sith he would be overthrown and the Sith ideal might have faltered. Better to have Anakin in the jedi's ranks and tempt him from there.

1 - I thought maybe because Naboo was blockaded and because the Jedi did not want to create a war, so they decided to remain neutral, much like the war against Revan.

2 - I agree with Janus.

1. They daren't tempt war, so they send ambassadors to deal with the negotiations.

2. GL has said that he's purposely leaving the audience in the dark about that, so we don't know do we?

Why though? The Jedi didn't know about the Separatist Army at that time.

Even if they did, though the Republic itself didn't have an army of it's own, there were Sectional Armies controlled by individual planets. They could have held the Separatist off for several months.

Yes, number one is very simple- the Jedi had no authority to. People keep forgetting that the Jedi are not dictators, they are servants. Whilst the Senate was still debating the matter the Jedi could do nothing- other than keep QGJ on a mission of protecting the Queen in order to try and draw out the Sith.
