Omega Level Mutants:
Elixer - Joshua "Josh" Foley: capable of controlling the biological structure of any organic matter including his own body. He is still inexperienced in the use of his powers, and the limits of his abilities are unknown. Currently he mostly uses his powers for healing, at which he is very skilled. He must be in close proximity to whomever he heals, but can heal through clothing.
Jean Grey-Summers: considered to be one of the Earth's most powerful telepathic minds. Jean Grey, as the Phoenix, has limitless telepathic powers, able to influence any individual. Jean's telepathy allows her to communicate with others telepathically, read the thoughts of others, influence and control the minds of others, project her mind into the astral plane, and generate telepathic force blasts that can stun or kill others. Jean is one of the few telepaths skilled enough to communicate with animals (animals with high intelligence, such as dolphins,[42]dogs,[43] and ravens[44]). She can also telepathically take away or control people's natural bodily functions and senses, such as sight, hearing, smell, taste, or even mutant powers. A side effect of her telepathy is that she is gifted with total recall - she remembers everything. Her telekinetic strength and skill are both of an extremely high level, capable of grasping objects in Earth orbit and manipulating hundreds of components in mid-air in complex patterns. She can telekinetically lift several tons of matter at once, and has learned to use her power both aggressively and defensively, as blasts of focused telekinetic force or defensive shields strong enough to withstand out of scale ballistic impacts. She has also been shown to manifest a fiery aura offensively as well as thermal heat blasts by using her telekinetic powers to excite the air molecules around her into focused combustion that produce heat and light in her immediate area. Iceman - Bobby Drake: Iceman possesses the power to radically decrease the temperature of ambient water vapor in his immediate environment, thereby freezing it into ice. In this manner he is able to quickly form a great variety of ice structures, including projectiles, shields, ladders, baseball bats, etc. He often makes ice slides which form rapidly beneath and behind his feet, pushing him along the slick surface at high speeds. the ability to convert the tissue of his body into organic ice. He sometimes augments his organic ice form with razor sharp adornments to his shoulders, elbows, knees, and fists. Iceman has also been able to move rapidly to another distant location while in his organic ice form, being able to deposit his bodily mass into a river and reconstitute his entire mass a great distance away in a matter of minutes (by temporarily merging his molecules with those of the river). His Powers can influence the ecosystem of the entire world. Iceman is also able to reconstitute his organic ice form if any part of it is damaged, or even if it is completely shattered, without permanently harming himself. He can temporarily add the mass of a body of water to his own, increasing his mass, size and strength. He can survive not only as ice, but as liquid water and water vapor. He can also transform his body from a gaseous state back to a solid, although it is taxing physically and mentally. He also has the Hand-to-hand Combat skill equal to Cyclops or Beast.
Mr. Immortal: Immortal.. thats all. He revives himself no matter to damage done to his body.
Mr. M: complete control over the molecular structure of matter and energy. repair of machinery, intangibility, super strength, healing injuries either in himself or others, removal or augmentation of mutant abilities, telekinesis, and creation and evolution of lesser life forms, as well as energy manipulation and generation including lightning, fire, explosions, and creation of force fields.
Franklin Richards: possessing vast psionic powers. These powers have manifested as telepathy, telekinesis, energy blasts of concussive force (in adulthood), precognition, astral projection and reality manipulation -- the ability to make a thought or desire a reality. However, being a child, his abilities are restricted to an extent by his limited control -- at any given moment his powers could spawn the unthinkable with something less than a thought, or risk temporary depletion if overly exerted.
Vulcan - Gabriel Summers: the ability to manipulate energy. This is often used to produce light, heat, force, and electricity, as well as warp or disable existing energy sources, tap into and suppress mutant energies, survive in the vacuum of space, and fly. Outside a planetary atmosphere his flight speed can even reach near the speed of light. He is able to surrogate nourishment through energy for a rather long time. He can also use the powers of others by manipulating the energy in their brain. When he uses his powers, his eyes glow. His powers elevated to Omega level thanks to absorbing a massive amount of mutant energies from M-Day.

Well it was decided by many to let the hulk be here. The one AFTER WWH. (World War Hulk) As to where it is, I came in after sentinels attacked the manor. Shatter was putting it "back together" and Iceman walked up and said hi. They are now on their way to see a movie. Classic Bobby drake movin in on the new girl. 😛 Bruce Banner, AKA Hulk is with Professor Xavier to get help to control his Alter ego. thats about as far as I know. Shatter can give you more on stuff before i came in. ^_^

Well Originally Scarlet Witch worked in Hexs. If she got tired her hexs could backfire or undo a previous hex. The character was altered by the comic writers twice, the first time saying she wasnt a mutant and that a demon bound inside a mountain gave her choas Magic. With that it was said she could revive people such as Wonder man. Then the second time they changed it with Dr. Strange stating there was no such thing as Chaos Magic and that Scarlet Witch was altering reality all along.
So as of now she can only alter reality. In House of M the reality had Prof X dead but his remains were not in the grave. Which could make you think she cant kill when she alters the world. Though Hawkeye was revived in House of M in the altered reality, who is to say she revived him? She might of simply put his image there. =Shrug=
And as to after that, the whole thing about Mutants losing their abilities and the giant ribbon, I.... dunno.

There is no proof that she didn't revive him and there was no proof that Prof. X was really dead.
