I thought Gambit and rogue COULD touch and that Gambit was the only one she could do that with.

I know Magneto and Rogue can. They did it in an alternate universe.

also seeing the psylocke comment about exploring the cause of spidey's alteration mind, would any mutant telepath even be powerful enough to get past mephsitos shielding of that aspect of his mind?

Rogue and Gambit did have a certain point when they were able to touch. Gambit had a trip to the past and in order for him to get back he had to get his powers altered. So when he got back he was unaffected by rogues absorbing powers. However not long after he got back his powers went wonky and he kept shocking Rogue. Eventually he burned her and they were back where the ystarted but reversed.

I had to look through my comics to remember that one.

so can he not touch anybody either?

I think its just a combo of the two powers.

yeah. he spent about an hour or so looking through them earlier. till now i didnt know what he was looking for or if he was trying to find his favorite one to read.

Well in this case how do we want Rogue and Gambit? Do we want them to touch or to have the no touch

well personally Its either way. Cause if they DO touch then its all romance and what not. but the no touching.. its like the Forbidden Love or something.

Well then how about this.Sometimes they can and other times they can't

ok just to let everyone know. If I have Spider man do somthing alittle weird at some point. It's because i'm using his pre brand new day powerset, which he supposedly still has but for some reason forgot how to use.

spider-man has new powers?!
