You're not among the lucky few, you are one of the lucky many, very few people have problems like Janx, and how he can have run through 4 xboxes already is astonishing, kinda sounds like user faults and not producer faults.

No way, man. I take incredible care of my things and i actually take offense to your insinuation because i am telling the God's honest truth. The only reason why i persist to buy these mother fukers is because I have so little opportunities to connect with my friends and brother, due to work schedule. They all have Shitboxes and can usually squeeze in a few hours here and there online when i'm on late at night or early in the morning. I am a very neat person. My shit box sits horizontally on my on my T.V stand.

There is more than enough air and ventilation. No warped mother boards here. I even exit to the goddamned mother fukin dashboard everytime before turning the system off. Bet, you didn't know that that is the preferred way to properly turn off your shit box..,did you? Go look around online, brother. My situation is not a rare case. It happens to many people. So, i'm astonished that you didn't know about all of the goddamn problems that people have had with this most terribly manufactured system. I bought this prick cock sucker in November and it's already giving me problems...,NO. That isn't me. That is something else. It's called shit poor manufacturing. My Drives are shit. I guarantee you that i have a dated drive. That is what is causing the problem. The system simply won't read the fukin discs. I have to bang on the cock sucker gingerly for five minutes just to get it working. Do your research before you call people out man. No, it's not user fault. I'm not saying that it's rare to find people who have never had a problem with an xbox but it's also not rare to find people who continuously get the, Open disc Tray, problem.

Quoted for Truth. Only reason I still have a 360 is because of Halo 3. Nothing more. I've done the dashboard thing too, but I stopped because I really don't care anymore. If my newest 360 ****s up I'm giving up for real. I also have the 360 placed horizontally on top of 2 VHS tapes to not block the ventilation on the side.

I had the RROD with the first one. The 2nd 360 had problems with the Hard Drive a day after I bought it, so I had the chance to replace it for a new one. The later began having trouble opening the disc tray, then it didn't want to read maps/discs and finally started freezing. I did my research and it turns out it will soon go RROD if I don't do something about it.

You're right. I apologize. I know Morrindi wasn't being personal. I just really heated over this stuff because it's cost me so much time, money and frustration. Sorry if i offended you morridini or anyone else 😉

None taken, I see where you're coming from, I just said what I was thinking, didnt intend to imply anything.

Heck, after playing a few minutes, even Halo 3 was a bore.

Hold me back!!!

So I managed to get the broken 360 functioning even online. My nephew is playing CoD4 in the backyard and...it feels cool having both machines working. 131

EVERYONE who has had a 360, has had their's broken atleast once.
The PS3 is still in the shadow of the 360, and will most likely stay that way, what with it being ridiculously expensive at the time of an economic meltdown.

Here's to the Wii. Cheap, fun, entertaining for all. Seriously, it doesn't matter who you are or what you're into, anyone who isn't an Xbox/PS fanboy loves the Wii.

PS3's sold up until Dec 31 08: 21.3 mil
360's sold up until Dec 31 08: 28.5 mil
Wii's sold up until Dec 31 08: 44.96 mil

Out of curiosity, what are the equivelant numbers for total number of games sold for each console?

My 360 has never broken down once, in over a year now.

Consider yourself lucky.

Lets hope it never does.

Then I guess, Cubone, you are the only one.

There are some people who's console has broken 3 or 4 times, but good to know yours hasn't.
