I'll second that, that sums up my FF experience with these two exactly. The fact that there's a Cid in every FF game certainly doesn't help.

the cid's from both games are both pilots but the FFVII cid's final limit break would flattern the other especially since the FFIX cid gets turned into a bug creature.
