Logic Gates help

In tech (electronics) we have to find out how to make Not gates, Nand gates, Or gates, Nor Gates and Xor gates using the and gate. i have searched on the net but nothin. i have no clue about this. could someone help?

Its very simple

* Combination of And + Not Gate = Nand
* Combination of Or + Not Gate = Not

We can make all gates by the help of 3 gates following as under :-
*And
*Or
*Not
