This is actually a disrespect Rhino feat. Think about it. The writers want to tell a story about the embarrassment and agony of being defeated. Spidey getting beaten up by Green Goblin or venom etc wouldn't be embarrassing because they are worthy challenges. So the writers picked one of the most useless and least challenging of spidey villains for the story...............Rhino 🙂

Unfortunately for Rhino, he didn't win that fight either. Hulk lifted a buliding to throw on to Leader-Rhino

and Rhino tripped him and the building fell on him. Rhino immediately jumped into a spacecraft nearby before

hulk could dig himself out and took off to outer space. Hulk dug himself out and jumped onto the ship while it

was in orbit. It was a plan by the leader to get them both out of him way. Failed though obviously.
