Captain America, Hawkeye, and Daredevil.

Hawkeye kills them all in the first 5 seconds of the fight. He's not going to miss.

Batgirl lady shiva and Batman. Batman is arguably equal to Cap America. Whilst Batgirl would read Hawkeyes oves before they could make them. Lady Shiva could face down Cap whilst Batman uses sonics on DD and slaps him down. Batgirl beats Hawkeye. Lady Shiva has a very good chance of beating Cap. Batman beats DD with sonics.

Batman always has sonics on him. Its part of his standard gear.
