Very few movies gets as non-stop as that. Not saying its all quality of course, but it was pretty full on.

Tom Yum Goong

I think Van Helsing wins the award for absolute, never-stopping-never-ending-constant-action-galore. I liked the movie's action and effects (I LOVE the coach chase and the Wolf Man Vs. Dracula final battle), but there was little character development and a million plot holes. Also, Roxburg as Dracula was painfully over-the-top terrible.

But anyway, this movie has action practically every 5 or 10 minutes. Jam-Packed.

I´d have to go for the "Arny" movies.

Predator, Terminator series, running man, total recall.

Also matrix series, the 5th element, die hard and lately the movie "crank" which was odd but non stop action.
