Ladies! Please Help!

I'm on my period and I've been having the worse cramps of my life (no exaggeration) And I was wondering if any of you knew what I could do (or buy) to get rid of these cramps. I've tried moving around and hot showers. Anything else?

Ibuprofen? shrug

I use Advil. It ususally does the trick. I used to get unbearable cramps but I started the pill. It helps so much. ✅

TGX- Because I don't have any girlfriends around.

Ibuprofen works better for painkilling, I've found.

I can't take birth control. I took it was and I started bleeding...alot

Well I'll probably have to wait a while. My room mate stopped at the store and bought me some Midol (he's sucha sweetheart) and I just took those

Thanks girl. It sucks because I was suppose to be going over to my friends house for a pool party (indoor pool and hot tub). Damnit...Men are sooooo lucky
