DS vs. PSP

do you got both ?

I had psp and wipeout pure ( I think it was called pure..).. I gave it to nephew because it felt like typical gaming to me heh

I went with the PSP, just for all the added features. The fact that i can watch movies on it is the best part. Unfortunately i don't want to buy UMD movies and DVD's, so i pretty much just rent all the movies from gamefly and still buy dvd's

ds is going to be able to play movies too through a secure digital card. the accessory is already out in japan!

Mercury
Star Wars Battlefront II

DS couldn't do those if had 6 screens

i still haven't watched Spiderman 2 on there and that came with the system.

But you can play those games on a PS2 aside from Mercury and Metal Gear Acid, but who cares about those two.

i rather get a PSP. I dont care about originality, just which one is better. I like to play games the way I always played games, so i pick psp. My friend has a psp and it seems awesome, since everyone at my school has either mp3s, portable dvd players, gameboys, psp seems to be the ultimate multi media device

Very cool, did not know that. When will the technology come to the US? I wonder what studios will sign on for doing DS movies. Hopefully gamefly rents them as well. I really am pretty opposed to buying more than one copy of a movie and DVD just makes the most sense for me.

First the Ds people along time ago said they don't care about stupid movies but now when the ds gets it, they jump off there ass. First the movies that are going to be on the ds is sponge bob. second is that it is not going to look good, it is going to look choppy, and third the double screen.....it's going to be way to small anyway.......oh yeah and I rather the Ds than Psp but still.

Looks choppy and how much does it cost ?

I knew about the SP movies, they've been out forever now. But I didn't know about the DS movies. Doesn't seem like movies would play good on that kind of a device.

Would the movie look like a DS cartridge?

They also had movies for the GBA.

yes liek spongebob...it's also choppy...small screen too.

I don't see the point in these movies for gaming systems. The screens on big enough and you might as well buy them for DVD, you can always get a portable dvd player or play them in your laptop.
I guess it's for younger kids but still. I would never get them.
