I've heard that Arthur will be turning up around #45-47, where we'll get an update on him. So it's not a huge wait.

I'm thinking it'll either be the first ever version of Aquaman, the one wherehis father trained him to be a water breather after he found some abandoned Atlantean buildings.

Or it'll be Arthur Jr. which going by the "he swam easily, swiftly as if he'd been born to it..." line, is very possible.
