News Broadcaster: We interrupt this program to bring you a word from Gandra and the President of the United Nations of Igros, Serrago.

Serrago: My fellow Igrians. It has came to my attention that much of the southern nations have threatened to leave the union if celestial energy isn't legalize. I have to take into consideration both problems that could result from this. One, if I allow it the planet will die sooner then it should and two, if I don't the planet will be split in two from civil war. Further more I have found that the usage of celestial energy is immoral and will remain illegal and if the south wishes to go to war with the United Nations of Igros then let them. I will not let this union which have stood for a thousand years be torn in two.

Lex just stood with her arms folded. She was listening to Serrago waiting to hear what he planed to do to solve this problem, because whatever he chose to do would affect her new training and what she would be did for the next few years.

Basically ZERA soldiers engaged UNI soldiers but ZERA soldiers lost and Balkan and Paris were killed and that ended SHADOWS UNLEASHED. Now we're in GRIEVOUS CRY (Same thread) and everyone is now in the United Nations of Igros military training academy (boot camp) for the growing threat in the south aka Confederacy of Independent Nations.
