if it was just normal powergirl vs. she-hulk, then i would say powergirl. she has too many advantages over she-hulk, and easily matches her in strength, possibly surpassing her. but w/ infinite crisis going on, i don't know who would win, PG's powers could shut off in the middle of the fight. and i really hope that supergirl doesn't die, u can't have two supergirls die in two crisis', its too much.
