He's in a higher plane of existence which allows him to manipulate time space and matter and reason and energy and scientific laws and basically anything on a whim.

and he wouldn't be able to slap current Spectre. Current Spectre finally got a bit of his true power.

Spectre is still a comple Jobber compared to what he SHOULD be.

The Presence's power exstends to all dimentions. 5th dimention imps can't touch him.

can Shuma completely alter the entire DCU on a whim under his own power? when he isn't fully powered? cause Joker did when he received a bit of Mxy's power.

he is so powerful that he is the only chacter in comics to realize that he is a character. he killed himself and met Mike Carlin the Editor of Dc at the Time. My is even beyond any Comics version of God as version of GOd would not ever admit to being a character. Mxy is quite unique in all of comics. this is why he is so fun. NO ONE can beat him. Not phoenix, not takion, not the presence, not the spectre. He just plays with people. TO beat mxy, you better have the infinity gauntlet on the right hand of the living tribunal with the spectre being hosted by the living and the beyonder in your back pocket. Coudl you imagine dr. doom or ras al ghul with mxy's power? His full power uninhibited?
