trust me he says "GET!" to Dooku because Obi was about to attack him. He was warning him but realized hes dressed as the chancellor.

Nah, just the word "Get!" is too incomplete for Palpatine to say. He would've clearly said "Get him!" just low enough not to be heard..

And "Get" who. Who was Palpatine really talking that to when he said that. Too confusing. It sounds like he said "Get" but he really said "Yea!" which would've made more sense.

Maybe he was just excited about seeing Sith and Jedi fight just like he was excited about seeing a Sith and a Jedi fight in ROTJ about 30 somewhat years later.

Conflicts entertain him, i guess...

I believe the plot was to kill Obi-Wan, try to convert Anakin to the dark side, if that didn't work, kill them both. But Sidious had other plans... kill Obi-Wan, convert Anakin, and kill Dooku. Dooku thought Sidious would protect him until it was too late. The plan was for two jedi to die, but not the two he thought.

or he wanted to seem like a greatful prisoner being rescued? if he just sat there and gave them an analytical stare, or a sidious typle look it would kind of throw the fact that hes supposed to have been kidnapped, be completly helpless, and relying on anakin and abi wan as his only hope. plus it would help give anakin the illusion that palpatine actually cared about him. sitting in a chair with no concern doesnt seem like the right responce for a politition whos supposedly seen to real action in his life.

He had to hate that part. His life was at stake while the ship was landing, and he couldn't even help if he wanted to stay in character. It makes me wonder if he used the dark side to help land the ship.

He said a quick "Yeah!", he was playing the part of a helpless prisoner cheering for the Jedi, he wanted Anakin to kill Dooku and for Obi-Wan to die too, if possible, by Dooku. That's why he was trying to convince Anakin to leave Obi-Wan behind, they need to escape now etc. He didn't accomplish that, but succeeded in pushing Anakin closer to him, and the Dark Side.

Landing the ship? Maybe.

Palpatine says one word: "Get--" and he stops after that. The close captioning on the disk says the same.

I presume palpatine was acting the entire time on the ship, and only revealed dark thoughts to Anakin when they were alone, (or with Dooku).

yea seriously, why's there a debate on what he says?

In the DVD, the subtitles clearly says "Get!"
