Why is there never an Authority Figure when you need one

I mean seriously...theres never a cop when you need one. Theres never a parent around when your siblings are acting stupid. Theres never a teacher out on the yard when Timmy Thompson went and touched my girlfriend Suzie Baker in the rear end and rubbed it in my face saying he had sex with Suzie by touching her butt AND DANCED AROUND THE JUNGLE GYM, THROWING SAND AT ME FROM THE SANDBOX AND YELLED OUT FROM THE TEETER TOTTER THAT HE WAS BETTER THAN ME! 😠
