no because theres no feasible way to regain or contact all the 03ers that have left, and i dont tihnk it would go over very well with the about 80% of KMC that is 05 and 06

Yes, that's true also. But mostly for the 06ers since you're not even inviting them through the 03ers and 04ers. So how would you get this through KMC then?
