Joss Whedon, so it kinda has to be. IMO, his comics are better than his TV. As for the release, I'm not sure.

It's not a Buffy comics, it takes place in the future and vampires and demons have not been in existence because Buffy sacrificed herself to end all evil years earlier. I'll see if I can find some info on it, it was pretty good.
