I just got the verdict of my court case...the one for my knee and whether or not it falls under workers compensation.
They said it does not. So my lawyer is getting the wheels going on an appeal. Even still this is a huge blow to me, I've been out of work since the first of February on a bum knee and I still need surgery, which I can't afford without insurance.

that the **** man! i know that sayin' i'm sorry ain't gonna give ya a dime but i still am...i really feel for ya..i just hope that the appeal'll turn out better...😬
